The Adoption Insider: Meet Tootie!

The Adoption Insider will be a recurring post on LIFE SAVER TAILS featuring an awesome adoptable animal at HSNEGA. Today’s featured guest is Tootie, a 1-year-old Anatolian Shepherd mix currently available for adoption.

Hello, Tootie! I’ve heard you have quite the story! Tell us about yourself!

I’m a 1-year-old Anatolian Shepherd mix. When I was just a baby, I was a transfer in from a rural shelter and was adopted within a week; however, I was returned 7 months later because their living arrangements changed. I was adopted again, but a month later I was returned because my owner had some unfortunate circumstances. I know it sounds sad, but I’m still all tail wags and smiles.

What’s your favorite activity?

Two words: BELLY. RUBS.

What’s your favorite treat?

Three words: MORE. BELLY. RUBS!

What kind of furever family are you looking for?

Possibly a family with older children so I have someone to play with! You’ll never be bored with me! We can go walking, play ball, or you could rub my belly. I also am looking for someone who will give me lots and lots of belly rubs!

Do you like other pets?

Do they give belly rubs? I like other dogs. I’m not sure about cats.

Well, we wish you the best of luck Tootie!
Hopefully the 3rd time’s the charm, right? I have a lot of energy and I’m a great sidekick! I promise! Come adopt me!

Does Tootie sound like a “love match?” Then come for a meet & greet in the HSNEGA Adoption Center, open Mon-Sat 10-5 and Sun 1-5.
